Benok was a Human of the male variety, who functioned as the security chief for Loppak Slusk. Slusk was the head of the Exchange's operations located on Citadel Station which orbited Telos IV.
Benok climbed the ranks of the Exchange on Citadel Station with remarkable speed, eventually becoming Slusk's primary enforcer. His rapid ascent was fueled by his exceptional master dueling skills and unwavering dedication to each task. Slusk was particularly impressed by Benok's capabilities and demeanor. Cold, calculating, arrogant, and feared by those who opposed the Exchange, Benok was a force to be reckoned with. He was a master with a blaster, and his personal squad of henchmen included Matu and Nahata, two of the most effective and brutal Exchange thugs operating on Telos. His Master Dueling ability earned him considerable praise on Citadel Station. While on Telos, Benok issued a threat to Meetra Surik inside a cantina; however, she ultimately killed him during her storming of the Exchange offices. Benok wore reinforced fiber armor for protection and carried a custom blaster pistol enhanced with an ion cell. After his death, Surik potentially took the pistol as a trophy. The ion cell gave the blaster the ability to inflict damage on droids.
