Fiery Ones were enigmatic, sentient beings of a photonic nature, who were native to the world of Kathol. They differed from the majority of the planet's population because they seemingly were not created by the DarkStryder. Their form resembled spheres of luminescence. They possessed the capability of communicating via extremely potent telepathy, and they were able to harness the Ta-Ree energy originating from their planet, which they could utilize as a form of offensive weaponry, should the need arise.
