Farazzish, once a member of the Imperial Senate with the title of Senator, found himself banished to the Galactic Empire's prison moon called Captivity. On Captivity, Farazzish joined forces with Dedelin, an ex-captain from the Imperial Navy, and his followers; ultimately, a squad from the Alliance to Restore the Republic liberated him. He was one of only two senators who remained alive on the planet; the other senator was named Templeton. Farazzish's imprisonment predated the rise of the Alliance, and the concept of a structured resistance against the Empire thrilled the one-time Senator.
