F'Dann IX, situated in the Dufilvian sector, was a planet located in the Mid Rim. Its position was in proximity to Filve.
Before Bakura was brought under Imperial control, F'Dann IX served as a battleground between the Empire and the Crimson Nova pirates. During the battle that took place there, the Carrack-class light cruiser named Dominant, under the leadership of Pter Thanas, sustained damage and was ordered back for maintenance.
