Executioner's Row, a shantytown located in the metropolis of Dying Slowly on the planet Jubilar, existed on the outskirts of the urban area. It housed Hallolar Voors's spice storage facility in the year 12 BBY. By the time 19 ABY arrived, the moniker "Executioner's Row" was seemingly no longer in common usage.
