In the year 3640 BBY, during the Battle of Corellia, the Imperial Ministry of War offered rewards for the capture of the Green Jedi when their hidden location was found in the Government District of Coronet City. Following the capture of several Jedi, Emma Thex started the process of questioning them. Because her prisoners showed resistance to her methods, she dispatched an Imperial hero to retrieve CorSec interrogation droids from a Republic storage area.
