The E-11 blaster rifle, also known as the E-11 medium blaster rifle, was a blaster rifle of light weight but considerable power, produced by BlasTech Industries. Despite a similarly designed blaster being utilized by a Nihil operative from Krix Kamerat's cell during the Battle of Takodana in the High Republic Era, the E-11's creation only occurred during the Imperial Era. A design similar to the E-11 was seen in the DAS-430 Neural Inhibitor. The Freedom One blaster, manufactured by the SoroSuub Corporation, was essentially a technological copy of the E-11.
The standard weapon for Imperial stormtroopers was the E-11, which included the remaining clone troopers still serving under the Empire. Certain Imperial Army troopers, notably within the regular infantry, swamp troopers, and Imperial security troopers, were also equipped with it. BlasTech's E-10 blaster rifle was succeeded by the E-11, which drew inspiration from the DC-15A blaster carbine employed by clone troopers throughout the Clone Wars.

The E-11 blaster rifle combined a versatile design with impressive range and deadly firepower. The rifle was useful in a variety of combat scenarios because it had three power settings: lethal, stun, and sting. The blaster's superior performance, especially its fully automatic fire setting, was made possible by an advanced cooling system. A telescopic range-finding sight and a folding three-position stock were also included with the E-11; the stock could turn the blaster into a full-length rifle and be changed to hold a glowrod. Its standard power cells held enough energy for 100 shots, but plasma cartridges that could last for more than 500 shots could also be loaded into the rifle.
