Dent, previously called Ultident Margrona, was a human who achieved the Cloud rank within Lourna Dee's Tempest, which was part of the Nihil pirate group. In 232 BBY, Dent spearheaded a mission to abduct the Blythe family from Elphrona, with the intention of demanding ransom from their affluent family members on Alderaan. Nevertheless, the Jedi located at an outpost on the planet discovered the kidnapping plot and gave chase, leading to the pirate's demise when Indeera Stokes, a Jedi, killed him while freeing Ronn Blythe from Dent's starship.
