Delta Group represented the name given to a specialized unit from the Imperial base stationed on the world of Vryssa. This unit included All Terrain Scout Transports, All Terrain Armored Transports, speeder bikes, and squads of stormtroopers. A significant portion of this detachment met its end at the hands of the bounty hunter Boba Fett during his assault on the Vryssa garrison. In a bid to apprehend or eliminate Fett, Imperial general Gaege Xarran deployed Delta Group into Vryssa's forested areas; however, their mission was unsuccessful.
