A lavish residence acted as the dwelling for the Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Bane and his apprentice, Darth Zannah, after they escaped from the clutches of the Jedi on Ambria back in 990 BBY. Ten years later, in 980 BBY, Princess Serra enlisted the services of the Iktotchi assassin known as Huntress, along with a band of hired mercenaries, with the objective of seizing Bane, due to her conviction that he was responsible for the death of her father. These individuals made their way to Bane's residence just as he was coming back from a mission that took him to Prakith; they ambushed him when he got back and subsequently delivered him into Serra's custody.
