Cimarosa served as the original planet of origin for the Human Von Longo, along with his offspring Kale Longo and Trig Longo; it was their homeworld. Their residence on this planet persisted until approximately 1 BBY, at which point the Galactic Empire apprehended them and subsequently confined them aboard the prison barge known as the Purge.
