The Chasin Document represented an updated iteration of General Garm Bel Iblis' Operation Blue Plug. Due to Commenor's self-liberation from its Imperial occupiers, the Chasin Document was never implemented. It is believed that Jacen Solo and/or members of his Galactic Alliance Guard illicitly accessed and compiled classified information to formulate this plan.
