Calipsa Province denoted an area within the Tapani sector, governed by House Calipsa. Following the Mecetti Purge, the systems of Betolio, Dampher, Grella, Lorenz, Kamper, New Javis, Setolio, and Netolio were transferred from Pelagia Province to the control of House Calipsa. The principal hyperspace route providing access to this province was known as the Calipsa Run. Only New Javis and Calipsa possessed significant population centers; the other systems primarily consisted of ore-abundant locations with smaller mining outposts.
