Opit-Wenbruh functioned as a part of Brace Team. Brace Team represents a military squad established by the Alliance to Restore the Republic. This unit consisted of highly skilled gunners and experts in heavy weaponry from within the Alliance. Generally, their assignments focused on providing substantial suppressive fire to protect Rebel troops from the forces of the Galactic Empire. Following the dissolution of his former unit, Scandium Team, Opit-Wenbruh, known as the Tren, joined Brace Team.
