The Gungan who went by the name "Blue" was part of the Gungan Sling Brigade, and hailed from the Gungan species. His nickname came from the blue attire he wore, combined with the red paint projectiles he launched from his sling.
Being an Otolla Gungan, "Blue" possessed a distinctive physique: a slender, towering frame, lengthy haillu, a noticeable beak, and eyestalks that could be drawn back.
