Biddeck-Va was a Voss Commando of the male gender. He resided on Voss at the time of the Galactic War. Although he didn't realize its significance, he was the owner of the Pendant of Bone, the very item used to unlock the entrances to the Hall of the Unforgotten located within the Dark Heart of the Nightmare Lands. Circa 3640 BBY, Biddeck-Va embarked upon a task to eliminate Gormak leaders within the Gormak Lands, establishing a camp alongside Commando Ono-Mi. When the Emperor's Wrath attempted to get a meeting with Biddeck-Va, Ono-Mi clarified that Biddeck-Va's assignment could take many months, making him unavailable until its completion. The Sith, lacking the patience to wait, proceeded to single-handedly eliminate the Gormak chieftains, shocking both Ono-Mi and Biddeck-Va. Hoping to obtain a valuable service in exchange for what he perceived as a simple ornament, Biddeck-Va requested that the Sith also eliminate the Gormak warmaster; however, the Emperor's Wrath declined and instead killed him and the other Voss.
