Belk, a male offender, was part of the crew that was under the leadership of Abednedo Telsla. A common occurrence was his arguments with Fleecs, another member of the crew. During the Clone Wars, Telsla's crew took control of Tomarian's Annual Festival of Light Gala which was taking place at the his theater belonging to Naboo inhabitant Tomarian, who was in debt to them. After entering Tomarian's theater, the crew used gas that Belk had created to render the celebration's attendees unconscious, including Tomarian's Jedi Knight protector, Anakin Skywalker. Belk subsequently searched the theater to ensure no one else was present; he was not satisfied with the level of Fleecs' surveillance, even though she had already searched inside. Senator Padmé Amidala from Naboo, who had avoided the gas attack by being inside the theater, surprised Belk while he was searching, subduing him and taking his blaster. Telsla noticed Belk was missing after setting off an explosive on the theater's stage; Fleecs speculated that he was backstage and had been caught in the explosion, a thought that did not bother Telsla.
