A B23-1-14 permit needed to be turned in when a bounty was claimed. If a bounty hunter had a proper permit, they were able to get paid all the local, system, sector, and regional bounties after successfully completing a hunt.
On one occasion, Sammie Staable tried to get the bounty for catching Ten-Suckers Madoom but didn't have the right permit; because of this, he only got the local bounty, which was 245 credits.
