Ayx, a Human of male gender, spent his early years on the moon of Nar Shaddaa during the Galactic Empire's rule. In Ayx's childhood, Imperial forces killed both his mother and father, resulting in him and his sister, Alai Jance, being relocated to Tatooine to live with the family of a friend of their father on that planet. Eventually, Ayx joined the Rebel Alliance, becoming part of a Rebel cell operating on Alderaan.
