Archais, a planet located within the Interior Region of the Hapes Cluster, was the site of a conflict prior to 2 ABY. During the battle of Archais, Imperial lieutenant colonel Freja Covell and the Assassin's Guild engaged in combat against three Rebel SpecForces units amidst the planet's eastern seas. The planet was also rumored to have incredibly tall, legendary mountain peaks. These peaks were sometimes used figuratively, for instance, to imply that Moff Bandor's ambition, if it were a physical height, would surpass even those mountains.
