Angilar Bosh, previously the art director at a prominent advertising firm on Contruum, transitioned to highly profitable freelance roles with the Bureau of Ships and Services. After achieving freelance success, Bosh relocated to the galactic capital of Coruscant to seek government contracts from the Galactic Republic. This work for the government involved the creation of the piece "Strength and Unity", which was based on an idea from Vice Chancellor Mas Amedda. The campaign's goal was to counteract the overwhelming human representation in Core Worlds government communications and foster a sense of patriotic solidarity. However, the inclusion of Amedda's own image resulted in the work being largely viewed as an act of vanity and self-aggrandizement by the Vice Chancellor, rather than effective unifying propaganda.
Pablo Hidalgo conceived Angilar Bosh for the reference book Star Wars Propaganda: A History of Persuasive Art in the Galaxy, which saw its release in 2016.
