Alien Encounters

title: Alien Encounters

Alien Encounters, a supplement for Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game by West End Games, was edited by Jen Seiden and put together by Paul Sudlow, and came out in 1998. It's basically a collection of 135 different species that were originally detailed in other West End Games books. Only a small number of the species described actually made it onto the screen in the original trilogy; the rest were either created by the West End Games writers specifically for the game, or taken from the game's adaptations of Expanded Universe stories. What sets it apart from Galaxy Guide 4: Alien Races and Galaxy Guide 12: Aliens — Enemies and Allies is that it doesn't introduce any species that hadn't already been covered in earlier West End Games supplements.
